This international panel was held in cooperation with the Iranian Technology and Innovation Management Association and the Culture and Knowledge-Based Economy and the Development of Soft and Creative Industries Headquarters .  

Parviz Karami, Secretary of the Culture Knowledge-Based Economy and Development of Soft and Creative Industries Headquarters, was in charge of managing the panel.  Amin Moayedi, Deputy Artistic Advisor to the Ministry of Guidance, Hajar Saeedinejad, Director of Export Accelerator, Exotic Creative Industries, Hojjatullah Moradkhani, Researcher, and Mohammad Hossein Nakhchi, Director of Game Bin, and active game developers were also present at the pane. 

Rasoul Bidram, a professor at the University of the Arts in Isfahan, and Sanaz Javadi, an adviser at the European Union in Geneva, Switzerland, also attended this innovative expert meeting online.

At the beginning, Parviz Karami, the director of the panel, while emphasizing the pivotal role of the university institution in producing and cultivating human resources with the quality of the ecosystem, said: Maybe the issue that how much the scientific centers of the country is efficient on providing human resources needed cultural and creative companies is the fundamental question.  

The head of the Communication and Information Center in the Vice Presidency of Science and Technology continued: "It must be admitted that there are many challenges, problems and issues in the field of legislation and upstream documents." 

The director of the specialized panel "Innovation, the key drivers of the creative industries" also referred to the field of gaming as one of the topics in the field of creative industries and said: "South Korea is currently creating imaginary and non-existent characters borrowed from other countries. Toys, animation and other cultural products have created significant added value based on these characters. Meanwhile, in contrast to the imaginary characters of other countries, such as Batman, we have numerous superheroes such as Rostam and Sohrab in our ancient and cultural reserve basket. 

Karami added: "This international conference can be started in a different way."

The Secretary of the Culture-Building Economy and the Development of Soft and Creative Industries of the Deputy Minister of Science and Technology, while emphasizing the importance of having appropriate legal grounds, said: "According to the activities carried out, the Islamic Consultative Assembly is reviewing the 8 -year law At present, with the numerous meetings we have had with the people's representatives in the legislature, we are trying to pass the laws required by the soft and creative industries. I ask all the activists in this field, especially the managers of creative companies and university professors and the ecological elements of the cultural industries, to contact these representatives to provide the basis for passing the laws required by the cultural industries and creative companies in a more appropriate way. 

 Also in this specialized panel, various topics were discussed by the experts present at the meeting. Intellectual property and patent registration, multiplicity of decision-making centers in the field of culture, modernization of cultural resources through technology tools, packaging of handicrafts, taxes, construction of industrial town for soft and creative industries, development of cultural influence through the export of toys and computer games The topic of networking in the creative and cultural industries and the review of trade policies in the field of creative industries in East Asia, especially China, were among the topics discussed by the panel participants.

National Conference and the Tenth International Conference on Management of Technology and Innovation with a focus on "innovation management in turbulent environments" 12 and 13 December will be held online.
